The Business Licensing Authority (BLA) is an independent regulator within the Victorian Government's Justice’s portfolio. It operates under the Business Licensing Authority Act 1998.
The BLA’s core functions are all licensing related and it currently administers the licensing requirements for the following occupations in Victoria:
