Consumer Credit (Victoria) Code

Consumer Credit Code was introduced by the State of Queensland under the Consumer Credit (Queensland) Act 1994. The Code was adopted by the Victorian Government under the Consumer Credit (Victoria) Act 1995 and is now referred as the Consumer Credit (Victoria) Code. This Code forms part of the laws that applies to provisions of consumer credit in Victoria.
