Credit Providers Public Register

For general information on the Business Licensing Authority (the BLA) Public Registers please refer to the public registers page.

The requirement to maintain a Register of Credit Providers is outlined in section 19 and 20 of the Consumer Credit (Victoria) Act 1995.

The Register of Credit Providers contains the following information:

• registration holder name
• registration number
• business address
• current status of the registration.

The BLA's public Register of Credit Providers is available for inspection at its premises. The BLA's Registrar should be contacted to arrange access. Please note that it is not available online.
