Notifying Us
At least 30 days before carrying on business as an introduction agency, you must provide the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) with written notification that you and/or your company intend to operate as an introduction agent.
Before you notify us, you should:
- Check your eligibility
- Find out whether you are exempt from the need to notify us
- Seek your own independent legal advice if uncertain whether or not you need to notify us.
