Introduction Agents Public Register

For general information on the Business Licensing Authority's (the BLA's) Public Registers please refer to the public registers page.

The requirement to maintain a public register of Introduction Agents is outlined in section 39 of the Introduction Agents Act 1997.

The Register of Introduction Agents holds the following information:

• full name or name of body corporate
• ACN number
• reference number
• date of notification and date of last annual statement
• business name(s)
• current and previous business address.

The BLA's public register of Introduction Agents is available for inspection at our premises, contact the BLA Registrar. Please note that it is not available online.
