Annual Statement and Fees

How and when to lodge an annual statement and a subsequent annual licence fee.

Appointment of new Director(s)

A newly appointed director must complete a Questionnaire form. 

Cancellation of Licences

Your licence is ongoing until you voluntarily return the certificate for cancellation or it becomes automatically cancelled.
