Annual Statement and Fees

You must lodge an annual statement and pay the subsequent annual licence fee during the six weeks before the anniversary of the date you became a licensed motor car trader.

Each year the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) will send you the statement in time for you to complete and return it as required. If you do not receive your statement six weeks prior to your anniversary, you should contact the BLA.

It is your responsibility to lodge an annual statement and pay the subsequent annual licence fee when required to do so.

If the BLA has not received your annual statement and fee by your anniversary date you will be sent a late notice and be liable to pay an additional late fee. If after 21 days your annual statement has not been received and the fees not been paid your licence will be cancelled.

Your licence will be cancelled if you do not lodge an annual statement when required.
