The BLA is an independent statutory body balancing business, consumer and public interest.

 

The Annual Overview for 2010 - 2011 is now available

The legislation governing the BLA does not require an annual report to be produced. However, in the interests of transparency and accountability, the BLA prepares an Overview each year.
